Not really: While there are sites that have image atlases of dermatological diagnoses, i know of none that will diagnose your condition based on a picture. See your doctor.

Depends on need...: ...are you looking for a cosmetic procedure, or a dermatology exam for a diagnosis?   Esthetician is restricted to cosmetic procedures, but is specifically trained that field.    A dermatology registered nurse may or may not have experience or training in cosmetic procedures, but would be able to handle dermatology examinations and treatments almost at level of a dermatologist.

There are many OTC: lighteners that can help, although they can be irritating. You can try , but if not working you likely need prescription strength bleach and chemical peels to lighten. There are also medical conditions that can lead to thickening of armpits. So I suggest seeing dermatologist if not improving with OTC

Dermatologist: You could go to medical school and specialize in dermatologic disease, i.E, become a dermatologist.

Second opinion: Get a second opinion from another dermatologist. If the second dermatologist says there is nothing wrong and you still worry about the line, i suggest seeing a psychiatrist.

Depends what it is: "Black dots" on the face can be various things.  They can be moles, freckles, sun damage, black heads, or seborrheic keratoses.  Freckles and sun damage can be treated with a laser.  Black heads can be treated with acne medication.  Seborrheic keratoses can be treated with electrodessication or liquid nitrogen.  I would recommend asking a dermatologist about the best treatment options for you.

Skin replacement: There are many areas of investigation in dermatology such as better treatment for tumors like melanoma and treatment for chronic conditions like psoriasis and eczema.  A most interesting line of investigation is to develop an artificial skin to replace skin damaged by disease or trauma.  This would be a fabulous breakthrough.  Do you have any ideas for a skin breakthrough?
