i'm 20years old, i have a problem with acne.a dermatolog told me that i have moderate acne vulgari and gave me benzoy4%cream, but nothing.what can i do?

Meds: Many patients do well with over the counter benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid preparations. Some patients require topical or oral antibiotics or retinoids as well. If the over the counter meds alone don't control your acne after a month of daily use, see a doctor for additional treatment options. It is important to be persistent, and some patients 'get worse before they get better'.

dermatolog said my mole was normal(a year ago)but it has shrunk in size a bit.no other signs of melanoma.should i be worried?is this normal?cancerous?

Don't worry see Doc: While a lot of moles can be non cancerous. It would be a good idea to follow up with dermatologist to get a biopsy of the mole especially if there has been any change in size, color, border, sensation, texture. Worry does not help you at all.

Patch testing: can be performed by dermatologist or allergist. and yes your GP should refer you to one of those specialists

Go to an allergist: An allergist can test you and find what you are specifically allergic to.  Then you can receive treatment that my control your symptoms.

No need: if there no injury to eye , will disappears in in 6 to 8 wks to get absorbed from subcutaneous tissue . Don't worry avoid this in future.

Relax!: Take a deep breath! having a positive ANA doesn't mean that you have a particular disease. In fact lab testing is only a part of the diagnosis, the main part is the clinical picture. Is a good thing to be on top of your health, but being too much can be harmful too. You have already consulted specialists in that area. Follow their recommendations.

Using a microscope: A dermatopathologist has training to look at the skin under a microscope in order to render a diagnosis.  A skin biospy is prepared in a lab and put on a slide for the dermatopathologist to review under the microscope.

Dermatologists: Treat skin conditions and do minor surgery.  Dermatopaths look a specimens sent to them from plastics and derms for a diagnosis.  They are pathologists and do not treat patients directly.
