They will improve: Scars are permanent but almost all fade with time. This process takes longer in babies than in adults because their healing processes are more robust. Protect the scars from sunlight while there is any pink left in them; they will burn easily and, if tanned, may be tanned permanently. I would not expect the scar to assume its final form until the age of 4-5. Do not rush into scar revision.

Bump: If the area is raised then it may be a mastocytoma, which is a benign birthmark like collection of cells which release histamine when stimulated forming a hive. Otherwise it could be an infantile temporary birthmark called nevis flammeus or angel kisses!

It's Sinusitis: Your probably have sinusitis.  There are a number of sinus spaces lined with mucous membrane which when dry can not drain properly and get infected.  It can feel like toothache, and they are connected to the ear by the naso-pharynx. Get a humidifier, and see your doctor.

Perhaps migraine: Most likely, you are suffering from a migraine variant, but other causes could include TMJ, dentition, sinuses, local inflammation and/ or neuralgias.  Brain tumor would be a very unlikely reason.  Appropriate therapy would allow cessation of problems, and an experienced neurologist could be very helpful
