Possibly: Did you have a rash involving your hands with the Dengue?   Did you repeatedly wash your hands or use hand sanitizers? Those can be drying to the skin.

Dengue/typhoid/itchy: Hi. Dengue/Typhoid take 2 weeks to completely resolve, so glad no more fever, keep drinking liquids, stay hydrated.
For itchy foot, apply OTC Clotrimazole or Lotrimin 1%

Itching: Dry skin is a common reason for itching along with other possibilities like fungal infections, parasitic infections, allergic reactions etc. Please see a physician to have a better evaluation and appropriate treatment.

Athletes foot?: This could represent a fungal infection which can be treated with over the counter Lamisil (terbinafine) cream. If it does not respond it may be a form of e zelma which needs prescription strength treatment, and possibly ultraviolet or excimer laser to relieve symptoms.

Possible, but rare: Peripheral diabetic neuropathy, often starting on the feet, can have itching sensation but more often with burning/tingling/pain rather than itching.  Often dry skin, eczema (dishydrosis), fungal infections are causes of itching on feet areas. I suggest consulting doc for an examination and test for diabetes, if needed. Good luck.

Athlete’s foot?: Is there a rash in between the toes?  Does it look like the skin is peeling in those areas?  This could be athlete’s foot, a fungal infection in between the toes related to the sweat and warmth there.

Tinea pedis: See a physician as it is difficult to diagnose skin lesions without an exam. My guess is  tinea  pedis, a fungal infection of the feet. It causes an itchy, red, often rash in these warm, moist areas of your body.
Jock itch gets its name because it is common in people who sweat a lot, as do athletes. It usually respond to topical anti fungals cream.
