Dengue: It is common to see an elevation of the liver enzymes during acute Dengue fever.  This is a temporary finding, and, with recovery, the liver enzymes return to normal.  It is advisable to be under a doctor's care for this, as Dengue may cause other abnormalities, such as very low white cell and platelet counts.

You're fine: When the liver heals after a cleared infection or poisoning, it heals completely and there's no memory of injury. Five drinks at one party is a lot, though. Please be careful.

Dengue: You cannot make a diagnosis or appreciate one's risk of any disease by the way his/her lunula looks. The thickness of the purple band doesn't make any difference and i don't see how dengue comes into play with the rest either.

Residual inflammatio: This is possibly scarring which has lead to the non-painful and swollen lymph nodes. If you have had this examined, and feel confident with the answers you received, then this is something to simply watch. If they change in any way, they should be evaluated.

No way to tell: However, i'm concerned about your history -- 14 drinks of alcohol per day is, in my opinion, too much for anybody. And you've continued despite knowing you have liver trouble. I think most folks here will agree you should cut back or stop. It's no wonder your liver is inflamed. Please get re-tested after you stop the alcohol and if still inflamed, get hepatitis, iron overload and more testing.

Throat symptoms often are from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or flu (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies, irritants, or stomach acid reflux. Usually, a person sees the doctor if throat symptoms are bothersome, recurrent, or don't go away quickly. Rapid mouth, tongue, or throat swelling is a "call 911" emergency.
