moved to wv, orthopedic doctor here did no testing on hand or elbows, give me shots said that will fix it. it didnt?

Second Opinion: You probably need surgery. You should seek a second opinion with either a hand specialist or with a sports/occupational medicine specialist. Normally before carpal tunnel surgery you will  see a muscle specialist, a neurologist, and a surgeon before surgery. They often try a brace - if not relief, then the steroid injections into the hands, and if that doesn't work then surgery.

Not sealing back: Normally, once the hymen is torn, it does not heal-back. Often, a woman does not even know/feel the hymen is being torn. Simple hygiene activities such as use of tampon can tear it and it causes no pain. It is a thin membrane and once torn, it will remain so. If you are experiencing much pain or are very concerned, consult doc. Good luck.

Read on please: It is the decision of the OB usually, to minimize scarring, as long as you have  healed well. The C/S site is pretty standard on the abdominal wall and uterine wall. Scar tissue can affect healing. Do ask your doctor for further clarification. I am just giving you a general answer and guide. Good luck and stay well.

Yes-reconstruction: Multiligamentous knee injuries are more difficult from both a  technical and rehabilitation standpoint. Untreated chronic injuries of this type increase the degree of difficulty even more. The status of the articular cartilage & meniscii are critical variables affecting overall functional recovery too. A thorough examination/consultation by a sports medicine orthopaedic surgeon is necessary now.

Best is relative.: Good medical schools and great doctors in every country.  Generalizing possible, but misleading.  Most medical education takes place during internship / residency. Best education is one that prepares you for practice in the society and culture you live in. Japanese schools are great for japanese physicians and likewise for the other countries.

VA state psych laws: States have some provision various types of involuntary civil commitment.  A short term one: like the ca "5150 hold" to a mh facility ; it requires danger to 1) self, 2)others 3) or gravely disabled or  substantially unable  to care for self. In va usually this is argued by family, mental health practitioner or law enforcement and heard by admin law magistrate. 5250 type holds in va go 14 days.
