Oily skin: Oily skin  accumulate s sebum in skin pores causing blackheads and  whiteheads. Keep skin dry  Use glycol acid wash or salicylate acid. Apply Retin A (tretinoin) cream at night. Many symptoms: Your symptoms are non-specific. You need to be evaluated by a good family physician or an internists who is willing to take a good history with good review of systems to narrow down the possibilities. Some of the blood tests that may be helpful are: CBC, ESR, electrolytes with glucose, thyroid tests and urinalysis.

Basically u can't: But you can have the skin go through rapid turnover and this can fade the bumps.
DERMABRASION by various means makes the skin turnover and this makes the holes fade.

Benzoyl peroxide: I usually recommend benzoyl peroxide for the acne as a first line treatment.  If that is not helping you could ask your doctor for a prescription of Retin-A or depending on the type of acne (comedonal, pustular, or cystic) you may need antibiotics. See your MD if it is not getting better.  As far as the discoloration of skin, I would see your doctor, because there are many causes for discoloration

Start mild: The t-zone is the brow ridges and nose, correct? This is a common spot for acne and if it's just on your face, chances are it'll be relatively easy to manage. You have a better-than-even chance of getting it controlled with topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerated. If this fails, get with your physician who can add something. Best wishes.

Rx: This is the 21st century and i would urge you to move at once to a prescription that actually works. The oral contraceptive pill if usable and acceptable for a young woman may clear acne. Otherwise i start with topical Clindamycin with a retoinoic acid derivative if there are lots of blackheads and benzoyl peroxide if not. If this fails, oral antibiotics; failing this, a dermatologist. Good luck.

Serious Rx: Get with your physician, add prescription strength Rx, accept isotretinoin if offered despite all the scare stuff on the Internet. The brown marks will fade with time and the bleach will probably disfigure you further. Your acne is not caused by anything you did but you must manage it as an adult. Best wishes.

Deep acne, dry skin: This is likely deep seated inflammation (cystic acne) that can be painful. Continue with gentle cleansing and your treatment care regimen. You may need to see a dermatologist for injection of an anti-inflammatory to calm swelling and pain.

It is important to be persistent, and some patients 'get worse before they get better'.
