Spots on ACL scar: I would contact your surgeon and have him evaluate your incision. It may very well be "normal" healing but he should evaluate for any possible occult infection that may require antibiotics and/or further work up.

No Set Guidelines: Heavy use is not well defined because the method of use factors into use.   Edibles have higher doses, then smoking.  Currently concentrates present with the highest doses.   If you want a general ballpark, anything over 5 times per day can be considered heavy.

: During sleep heart rates may drop into the 50's, 40's or even in the 30's in young,highly trained athletes. I'd be concerned if an adult's sleeping heart rate exceeded 90. Normal O2 saturation shouldn't drop below 92% while sleeping.

Normal immunity: Immuno (refers to the immune system - your antibody production and disease resistance capacity)  competent (effective and normal)  so immunocompetent means you are normal and have an immune and defense system that can respond in a normal way to challenges to your body.  A good place to be.
