from last 6 month i am not able to get erection in my penis... 
does it related sd??..

Septal defect where?: Not being able to get an erection I would recommend trial of Viagra Cialis or Levitra drugs for rectal dysfunction. If not effective recommend a physician do a lab evaluation to look for low testosterone a prolactin secreting tumor or hormone in balance checking lab work FSH and LH prolactin level total and free testosterone TSH. Small risk: You have a vsd or a small hole between the two ventricles or pumping chambers of the heart. Realistically there is no direct risks between smoking and drinking and this vsd (although smoking is never healthy and i would not suggest more than 1 drink / day)
you should see a cardiologist and have an echocardiogram to monitor this abnormality.

Examine in person: Because there is no requirement for a teen to have sex (no sex needed for normal life as a teen), and because teens who have normal anatomical development get normal erections, erectile dysfunction is not a medical problem until well after high school. The doctor seeing the teen over the years has a record of his development. One can see the doctor and discuss the erections (age of start, etc.).
