i had hypertrophic scar on nose for 5 years.1, 5 month ago i damaged it, since then it grew bigger and widens every day.can it be new deep wound&healing?

Seek help: Hypertrophic scars or keloid scars can be stimulated to grow by trauma. Unless something is done to "turn off" the cells that make scar tissue you can expect the scar to continue to enlarge. A plastic surgeon or dermatologist should be able to properly assess the scar and make the most appropriate recommendation for you.

i got a deep scrape/cut 7 days ago. there is some blueish grey skin and the side with the discolored skin seems to be developing a hard edge. is this part of healing process? have kept covered with bandaid and vaseline since initial injury?

: Your description of the wound still requires at least a topical antibiotic.  If not an oral antibiotic being a deep wound. Keeping wound clean, topical antibiotic and covered. Should allow proper healing.  If redness, pain develop see your doctor.

Clean twice daily: with warm water and soap. Application of petroleum jelly can protect the lesion. If not healing or getting more painful, your doctor needs to check and treat.

i have a wound currently in the healing process from a skin biopsy on the back of neck, i feel a lymph node next to it ??its small can hardly tell unless i tilt my head a certain way could that have caused it to flare ? (test came back negative) btw?

stepped on sewing needle 10 days ago, cleaned wound well, had no issues but now wound is extremely itchy. is this part of the normal healing process? no drainage or fever or anything?
