dealing with chest cold wife and son had last week 2 covid vax. in march. sore throat deep painfull cough congestion ect. what bothers me been coughing greenish yellow mucus with streaks of blood not major blood. should i worry or just part of cold?

Cardiac evaluation: Cardiac disease, angina and pulmonary hypertension should be excluded. COVID 19 or past COVID 19 should be considered. 
Please see a physician right away to determine whether you require a hospital stay. A baseline EKG 12 lead and pulse oximetry is recommended. Past COVID 19 infection may increase the risk for heart disease, and acute COVID 19 may present in variable ways, but most cases/fever.

Vitamin/electrolytes: A lot of things may explain your symptoms, things like general fatigue poor nutrition and sleep with induced stress can alone explain what's going on with you. However other things like thyroid dysfunction electrolyte imbalances and vitamin deficiencies can also be checked for if your symptoms persist. Your physician can easily check for all of these by a simple blood test.

Viral: You probably have a viral illness, but you should see your doctor to get a throat culture to rule out strep throat.

Although: this is not uncommon and would usually resolve quickly - remember that  STD's can also occur with oral sex. Consider STD eval.

See a doctor ASAP: There is a potential for this to be extremely severe.  It may involve the potential spaces between muscle groups in your neck and can obstruct your breathing. Go and get seen and hope this turns out to be benign.

hi, i've had a sore throat about a week ago, my sore throat is now gone i have very dry coughs and whenever i take a deep breath i cough too help pls?

Post viral infection: Post viral infection cough is quite common and can linger for weeks. If it persists then you should see your PCP or a lung Doctor. For now take cough drops and if nose congested or you feel postnatal drip take Loratadine plain. Hope it helped. Feel better!
