what causes my feet to big creases in it.like palm of my hand but deep lines. they also  like callus  places. thank you?

Swelling: If you have any swelling in your feet it can cause indentations from you shoes and socks.   Calluses are caused by pressure and irritation.  Any time the skin is irritated it produces dead layers of skin.  These become dense and hard.

Creases: Dehydration, or other processes that dry skin. Wind exposure etc. Thyroid problem. Unlikely things would be infection- parasite etc.

Skin: People with marked xerosis and contact dermatitis could have dry skin and scaling. It is difficult to say your condition with out evaluation. A dermatologist or your pcp could help.

Skin creases help : Move, expand, fold and stat contoured. Palm creases  are just one type. The major creases are aligned with joints, tendons and their fodilng or stetting is in unison with motion. Similarly note wrist creases, creases on knuckles and any major hinge type of joint.

See a doctor: With the injury you describe you could need stitches but may have also caused tendon damage. Get it checked out with a physician.

Carotene?: Do you eat a lot of yellow / red vegetables? Carotene in the diet, as little as a few carrots a day, will do this to you. If you feel healthy otherwise, it is unlikely to be jaundice or kidney failure though your physician can check.

Common finding: It is thought that the relaxed or loose muscle tone of a Down syndrome fetus contributes to the formation of a 4 finger (rather than 3) palm crease.Although it happens in some normal kids, occurs on one or both sides in 45% of ds cases.

how rare is it to have a simian crease (a single palmar crease) on both palms without having down syndrome?

Fairly common: A single sided simian crease is found in about 10% of the population, whereas having it on  both palms is found in about 5%. When a condition is seen in  this many people, it is considered somewhat common. Many more people who have a simian crease have normal chromosomes than have down syndrome.

i have a cluster if small round, most flat bumps on my palm that are very tiny and appear fluid filled but are deeper in the skin. they itch a bit.  ?

Dyshidrotic Eczema: At least that's what it sounds like.  See your doc for a firm diagnosis.  You may also get a steroid cream to help with the symptoms.  hope this helps!
