Botox : Botox is great for smile lines around the eyes (crows feet) but not so much around the mouth.  Fillers usually work better there.

Usually a few days: Depending upon how deep the cut is.

Keep the area very clean, use colgate peroxyl peroxide rinse to clean the area to keep out debris and promote healing.

If it becomes quite red, painful, swollen or oozes pus from an infection, immediately see your dentist.

See OMS ASAP.: Pain in the floor of the mouth and the deep tongue can be caused by  different things and none are good. Consult a oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Pain can be due to salivary gland problems, trauma, or even oral cancer. Go and get evaluated asap

If : If the wound is deep, it is most likely too late to suture it. However, from what I am visualizing from your description, I do recommend that you get evaluated. I don't know how much swelling you have.  You may need to get seen at the emergency room depending on the severity of the injury.

Deep grooves: Avoid foods that are sticky, starchy and sugary that will more easily linger in the grooves increasing your chance of dental decay. Other than spending enough time and pressure with the bristles of a  tooth brush, there is not much else you can do as far as cleaning. However, speak to your dentist about Fluoride treatments and perhaps dental sealants.

Fissured tongue +?: The fissuring of the tongue can be a normal variation and by itself nothing to worry about.  However, it is more prone to bacterial and fungal infections along with a host of other medical conditions that should be ruled out.  The best thing to do is to see your dentist for clinical evaluation to determine the exact cause of your symptoms and what if anything need to be done.
