Calming teas: Chamomile tea can be calming and reduce the effect of caffeine. So can passionflower or lemon balm tea. 
You should also sit or lie down and take several slow, deep, intentional breaths to help calm you as well.

See below: Yes caffeine can interfere with conception and has been associated with miscarriage with high amounts.   Drink no more than 1 to 11/2  8oz cups a day.  You can drink decaff, but beware that it does have small amounts of caffeine.

Yes but .Coffee does: Cause esophagitis much more than gastritis.Switch to hot tea for a week.

Coffee ulcer: In some it does. In some it does not. If it bothers you I would stop and see if better. If better start again. If worse stop. Repeat till you have convinced yourself that is does or does not affect you.

Gastritis: Gastritis may become chronic and last for quite awhile.

Yes: Gastritis can be healed.  Limit NSAID use for now.  It looks like your are on the right meds, Carafate (sucralfate) and Pantoprazole will help.

i have gastritis. what should i do if my stool has "coffee grounds" in it? i'm still waiting on an endoscopy. is it something to worry about ?

Before Endoscopy: Of course you should worry about this and so should your family doctor.  You need to know if you have H. Pylori infection caused Peptic ulcer disease and if you are anemic. These are diagnosed easily by blood test.

i struggle to stay awake for more than 13 hours a day. despite i suffer from panic attacks i even tried with coffee. could my gastritis be the cause?

See your doctor: There are many possible explanations for your sleep/wakefulness issue.  Your pcp can address your concern and develop a treatment plan.  Anxiety, depression, or sleep disorder, as well as other problems may be causing this.  Make an appointment and get it addressed.  Best wishes!

i have about 7 days left for  my ranitidine prescription - prescribed for gastritis.  when can i safely reintroduce coffee and other acidic foods and how should i go about doing this, please?

Very slowly: Once you have completed your prescription you could try to gradually reintroduce some acidic foods. If you get recurrent pain you may need to stay off them. You can do some things to protect yourself like adding creamer to coffee to cut the acidity and eating other foods along with it when you eat citrus fruits.
