Antihistamine: First line therapy is an antihistamine. An otc is fine-use nonsedating. If hives persist see an allergist. Stay away from dayquil or any of its ingredients until evaluated.

Probably not: Since Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and Mucinex have a very high safety margin, she will just feel miserable for a couple of days. However you have got to get her to see a psychiatrist asap due to the suicidal attempt.

Ask your MD: If you are on methadone, your md  who prescribes it can let know what is OK to take with this medication.  I would just try nasal saline solution and and some honey and tea.

No: Multivitamins do not affect BCP. Antibiotics can!

Yes, however: Yes, there are no significant interactions between Dayquil and Aleve. 
I do not know why you are taking these though with you taking Dayquil am guessing you have a cold/cough.
Know that these medicines only treat symptoms and do not address the cause. Vitamin C, zinc and herbs like Umcka and Andrographis help fight viral infections and homeopathy can treat symptoms as well as speed recovery.

No...but: you may experience both jitteriness and sedation, dry mouth and blurring of vision: should disappear within 4-6 hrs.

Which of which?: several preparations/combo preparations of nyquil or dayquil, all would contain similar ingredients with the addition or removal of one item, kindly specify exactly what preparation. you can call and ask the pharmacist in your local drug store. General advice : better not to overdose, read the labels carefully, good luck

But why would one: NyQuil Cough omits the acetaminophen but has the dextromethorphan and doxylamine succinate to cut down on your coughing.

DayQuil has acetaminophen like its more famous kin and the phenylephrine found in Severe, but keeps you from nodding off by having a lower level of dextromethorphan and no antihistamines.
various versions of both may have guafenesin which helps bring up mucous.
