I suppose: I find it no worse than shaving their heads, arms or legs. Removal or shaping of body hair has been a culturally  defined practice that dates back through all recorded history. It has the same value to some as patterns of body art or adornment with jewelry.Patterns change over time.

They don't: A number of chemotherapy drugs and radiation to the head can make hair fall. Some patients cut it short before that happens to avoid a mess of falling hair on their bed and clothes but they do not have to.  Would not advise shaving it, though.

Don't shave warts.: Plantar warts on the feet can be pared with a bent razor blade to make them more comfortable to walk on.  Shaving or paring warts in not a cure.  See a dermatologist to treat your warts if you want them cured.
