Absolutely normal: yes it is normal to have dark veins  Everyone is a little different so some are darker than others but it is normal

Veins showing: Veins are closer to your skin surface than arteries are. Maybe like like most young healthy women you are exercising and trying to keep your wt down. In doing that you may be burning some of your subcutaneous fat and so your veins become more prominent. Just a thought. See a dermatologist.

Not serious : While perhaps personally concerning, a varicose vein on the scrotum is only cosmetic unless very large and painful. Surgical removal is possible as an office procedure with very minimal discomfort.

By examination: It is called vericocele, usually harmless, if there is fertility problem surgery may be needed.

they may be associated with male infertility
they may mean nothing.

Not likely . . .: Varicoceles might affect sperm production by warming up testes but they won't affect testosterone production. If your pituitary isn't sending out enough lh, your t level might be low. Or if you've had trauma, injury (torsion) or infection (mumps orchitis) that damaged testes, your t level could then be lower than in past. Check w/your family doc to determine cause prior to starting therapy.

Yes : Varicocele , or varicose veins in the scrotum can affect your fertility, but not always. If you have that concern please get it checked out.

Get a check-up: See your doctor asap. Can't tell from your description but should make sure that you don't have testicular cancer.

Don't know what you: Mean by "knot", or "bikini line".  A painless mass in the scrotum or of the testicle should be evaluated by your doctor who may or may not recommend an ultrasound of the scrotum.  Try that route.

Testicular pain blow: Sorry to hear about that. Sure hurts I know. I would avoid that dude. Usually goes away in a few hours/days. Putting cold ice cloth on it may help and worth a try but may hurt more that the knee.
