Doctor can evaluate: Spots are hard to describe in words. A doctor's exam can help decide what spots on the tummy and back might be. Spots can be "post-inflammatory", the residual effects of an earlier rash. Spots can be skin reactions with chemicals, leaving colored stains. They can be eczema (sensitive, dry skin), fungal infections (tinea), psoriasis (autoimmune disorder), new moles, viral infections, etc...

Keratoses: Keratotic (so-called "stucco") lesions are common on the  trunk and elsewhere on the body. They are not dangerous but certainly are annoying. Try an otc lotion, such as lac hydrin or amlactin, with Lactic Acid or salicylic acid in it, to soften the top layer of skin. If those lotions aren't strong enough a dermatologist can prescribe one of a number of stronger preparations.

Never: The dark line (linea nigra) may fade some after you deliver, but it will usually not go away completely.  You will likely notice that it will darken with eac pregnancy.

Pigment: It is common to have extra pigment in an area that has been inflamed previously. Sometimes the dark spots will fade over time.  There are some creams that can help.

Dark spots in the stool is not one of the common symptoms.   You might go to a gastroenterologist to check this out.  In the meantime, learn anxiety reducing techniques--meditation, self-hypnosis, progressive relaxation or consult your physician for herbal approaches to start.

Doctor can examine: Rashes can be from many causes, such as: hives, viral infections, medication causes, hot-tub rashes, heat rashes, reactions to creams or lotions, allergic reactions to some things (including foods), internal medical disorders, etc... That means a rash that persists or is worrisome in appearance should be examined. Treatment usually depends on the type of rash. A video doctor consultation may help.
