i have a small wart on my thumb that has a dark spot in it should i be worried about this?

warts: The first thing to do is to have it properly diagnosed by dermatologist. Often if it's a real wart, the virus causes irritation of blood vessels and closure of them and that closure leaves a small spot of coagulated blood which is what you see as "a seed".  Your dermatologist will have many ways to treat this ward if it is a war, and you should have this looked at.

i have four stitches on between my thumb and index .i had a wart removed its been four days.but it has been drying sort of but it looks as though its not healing by the stitches but getting dry.and the edges are getting dark just twu spots like dots. my m

Unless it draining: keep it dry...change dressing if indicated and get stitches out (if they are not "temporary") when indicated by your surgeon/dematologist

Get checked: I assume this spot is not a bruise from a known incident. Spontaneous and unusual markings on the skin should be examined, preferably by a dermatologist.

Subungual Hematoma: If you are having a lot of pain and discomfort as well, then you may need to see a doctor to have the collection of blood evacuated from under the nail.  Usually this is done by poking a sterile needle through the nail to puncture it and allow the blood to drain out.  Follow up with your doctor and have it looked at by a professional. Out, Damned Spot!: I'd be curious to know what you did to get rid of it! What is your normal skin shade? You spend a lot of time in the sun? Is that spot flat or raised? Does it hurt? Is its color uniform? Is it smaller than a pencil eraser? If none of the above, watch it and see if it grows or changes color. If, so, get it seen by a dermatologist. If not, just keep watching it- and for the development of others.

Subungual hematoma: A small amount of bleeding under the nail will leave a small black area - these usually grow out gradually over time as the nail grows.

Fixed drug eruption: Wonder about this as a discoloration after some medication reaction- it may flare up if the same medicine is taken. Avoid the med if this is the case. 
Could be eczema and topical low potency steroids may be of help.

i have pain opening bottles, tins and pulling up zips etc. . the pain is a certain spot above the wrist on the thumb side . what could be the cause?

Thumb pain: May  have  de Quervains tenodsynovitis, a tendon inflammation from repetitive activities. Can try motrin if not allergic, ice 5 minute on -3-4 times a day, rest, kinesioptape, and thumb spica splint ( can get in pharmacy)   Could also be ganglion cyst if bump,  or arthritis , if trauma may be avulsion ( but usually more pain) Would follow up with urgent care / doc
