See below: May need to see urologist to have urethra (tube from bladder to meatus) checked for lesions & treated. Perhaps intra-urethral Aldara (imiquimod) (imiqimod) combined with laser etc will eliminate virus causing lesions.

i am currently using clotrimazole cream on the urinary meatus. if i leak semen at night, should i wash that region before applying it?

See below: Clotrimazole (antifungal) most commonly used to treat a yeast (Candida) infection involving the head (glans) of the penis and/or foreskin. Most common in uncircumcised males and diabetics. Application to the meatus a little unusual. Regardless of reason, pts usually recommended to apply once or twice daily "after" cleansing area with soap and water and drying before application.

Spot Urinary protein: A + spot urinary protein test result means your urine has protein in it. It is not a quantitative test, it does not tell you how much you have, only that it is present. You need to have a 24 hour urine collection to see how much proteinuria you have/day. Normal levels of protein are about 100 mg/day. If you have excess protein in your urine, see a physician to find out why you have it. Good luck.

Fordyce spots: Sometimes called pearly penile papules or Tyson's glands. Can come and go, be more prominent at times than others. They are benign , normal and no need for concern. Most prominent in uncircumcised penises. You can always take and send a picture for our review ; confirmation. It would not be sexting ; would be for medical review and you remain anonymous.

Hello. : Hello. I don't know if the red spot was located in the area  near the anus. There could be bleeding somewhere along your urinary tract. There may be irritation of the urethra or a structure that is more internal. I suggest you see your physician, who can do a urinalysis. Even if you don't see visable blood in your urine; there is a possibility of microscopic hematuria  (blood noted under the microsope). If you do have blood in urine, your doctor can work this up.  By the way, sometimes even men who are very healthy can get blood in their urine after hard exercise (i.e., like running).
