im on amoxicillin and ive had weird stool lately, it was dark almost black and one looked like a long parasite. is this normal and should i continue use? im on day 5 its for a sinus infection?

: You must continue the antibiotics until complete otherwise you risk having a desensitised bacterial strain. It is quite common for antibiotics to interfere with the normal balance of gut flora and so cause changes in the nature of the stool. It will pass, eat yogourt!

This change in the balance of bacteria in the intestines causes changes in stools most common causes diarrhea but it could also cause less frequent and firmer bowel movements

See an ENT: Go see a doctor soon, preferably an ent, but your family doctor should be ok.  Do not wait.  Sinus infections can produce very severe complications if not appropriately managed.

Fungal or bacterial?: It would be unusual to have a "bad" bacterial sinus infection and not have headache and/or facial pain. A fungal infection in an otherwise healthy person may not be painful. If you think you have a sinus infection, check with your primary doctor or an ent.

And your proof: That it is not an infection? Allergy, autoimmunity may cause inflammation, but green slime sounds like infection, either bacteria or fungi.  Get a culture and post the proof. See an ENT doc for management, possibly including surgical exploration and drainage.
