Dark spots: The dark spots could be a sign of blood in the stool. I would recommend that you have your stools checked for blood. The green color is coming from the diet.

Not specifically: I do not know that gallstones are related to the color of the bowel movements unless gallstones caused obstruction of the bile duct resulting in jaundice and pain, which would then result in very pale light tan colored stools.

Pepto bisul: Peptobismol usually colors the stool greenish black so that probably is no problem.  However you seem to be having a lot of alcohol and that may be a problem of addiction which can be severe.  If you are indeed getting drunk very often, it would be a good idea to talk this over with your doctor to see if there is a problem.

Depends: Influenza is a fairly acute illness most commonly in the  colder months  of the year with chills, fever, respiratory symptoms, and occasionally  abdominal symptoms.   Viral gastrointestinal illnesses are due to different  types of non respiratory viruses  and are associated with  vomiting and diarrhea..   Green stool with mucus can occur with either  illness .Report to md if severe or persistent.

Probably it is: Different colored stools can often reflect what we eat, especially if in large quantities;  cranberries can cause maroon color, which can mimic lower GI tract bleed; , iron supplement can cause black stool, which may be mistaken for melena or black stools caused by GI bleeding, often in the upper GI tract. Betray the binging of bigelow, and behold--the bowel becomes brown once again!

Constipation?: could she be constipated? perhaps you saw something she'd eaten?  If she increases her intake of stone fruits, and her stools become softer, but she continues to have pain, you should ask her doctor what may be causing her symptoms.  Stool color rarely means much with the exception of pale stools, black tarry stools, or stools that contain blood.
