Hard to say: Freezing is a common way to treat warts and now there are commercially available products that used to be only available to doctors.  A well frozen lesion typically changes colors to a darker appearance before eventually falling off.  If the surrounding skin is darker too, painful, turns red, gets hot to the touch; these and others are signs of complications and warrant seeing a doctor.

: You and your wife keep asking versions of the same question. See a doctor to confirm whether or not your penile bumps are warts. From these comments and previous ones, probably not. Skin lesion: This needs to be examined by a dermatologist to make sure it is not a melanoma (pigmented potentially fatal cancer).  Go and get it looked at.

See doctor: If these are warts there are numerous treatment depending on the location.  However, a doctor whould have to see them to decide.  Cryotherapy, TCA acid and other treatments are effective. You will have to see

Time will tell: It is likely that the warts are dead, however, the virus may have already spread to near by areas. In case other warts appear you could freeze those, as needed.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
