Irregular bleeding: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Abn period: Check HCG, may have had implantation bleeding. Could also be infection. f/u with doctor urgent care.

Breakthrough bleed: Breakthrough bleeding (bleeding at the wrong time)  is very common on birth control. It happens in about 1/3 of users. Its no big deal and usually self corrects over time.  If you are not satisfied or it continues to happen  then consider using a different birth control method. It is a common side effect and does not mean something is wrong or that the pill is not working.

: What you described is suggestive of spontaneous loss of an early pregnancy. It occurs in 25% of early pregnancies, mostly due to chromosomal defects in the embryo. You may do a pregnancy test to see if you may be or may have been pregnant.
If you get excessive bleeding, see a doctor or go to the ER of a hospital.

actually i took a ipill and i got my periods after 12days and their is no flow of blood but the blood discharges in clotted way. why what's the reason for this?

: It is not uncommon to have clotted blood with period, just observe for the next couple days, only see a doctor if the bleeding is heavy with persistent clotting, otherwise you should be fine. However,  if it recurs next month, you should see a GYN doctor by then.
