can daktacort cream lighten the skin?

Probably not: Daktacort cream is a combination of 2% Miconazole (antifungal) and 1% Hydrocortisone (steroid). Potent topical steroids can certainly lighten the skin (triamcinolone, clobetasol as examples). However, 1% Hydrocortisone is a fairly weak steroid. It is not likely to cause lightening of your skin. If you feel it has done so then i would stop it and seek an opinion from a dermatologist.

if i have a fungal infection on my underarm & using daktacort, can i still shave my underarm? or should i wait to apply cream until i can stop shavin?

fungal skin infection. what creams are as good as or better than daktacort. my rashes seem to have got worse rapidly?

Med not the problem?: There are dozens of alternative antifungal preparations.  However, often failure is due to problem with the medication reaching the fungus rather than which antifungal med used. You may do better with cream than ointment; you may need 3 or 4 times a day instead of twice; the problem may be something more than just a fungus. If initial therapy fails, best to ask pharmacist or doctor for recommend.

underarm fungus. dr gave me daktarin, daktacort cream, resolve plus cream+ duracan for a month. 
not fully improvement. im now on lamifen since 9 days and should be on it a month + vavo shampoo & betadine cleanser. still dark armpit and spots. help?

doctor has diagnosed me with an anal yeast infection. she said i have a slight rash. told me to use daktacort cream. any other treatment to recommend?

Try it: Daktacort is an appropriate medication, give it a try. What makes you seek other treatment without trying the one recommended by your doctor? If you are having anal sex, you may wish to abstain from that.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

Awhile: Fungal rashes grow slow and clear slowly.  Therefore it could take a few days to a week to work.

Yes, although it's: ..best not to apply them at the same time since one may interfere with the other's ability to absorb under the skin's surface layer.  Diprobase is a moisturizer and Daktacort is cortisone and anti-fungal combination.

No: Daktacort is meant for inflammatory skin conditions. Sunburn is a type of burn and should be treated like one as well. If severe enough, may need to be treated by a physician.

See dermatologist: You will need to be clinically examined. It could be fungal infection/dermatomycosis like ringworm or could be psoriasis or other skin problem.  They can have the same symptoms-however different in clinical presentation.  Steroids would help psoriasis but steroids will make ring worm worse. You need to be seen and evaluated by your doctor or dermatologist
