Anyway it is not recommendable to take more d mannose capsules during pregnancy without ask to your doctor. Don´t worry, about it.

Urologically, it is thought to improve the integrity of bladder mucosa so to prevent bacteris sticking to bladder lining leading to lessen recurrent UTI, but its real effect for such has not been well verified. So, talk with doc why d-mannose is used for you.
