Hopefully nothing: Good news. Even large simple asymptomatic kidney cysts do not require any treatment. Only need 2B treated if it is causing pain or causing any obstruction. If so, can easily be managed by minimally invasive laparoscopic surgical unroofing of cyst. Probably worth getting a kidney ultrasound after 6-12 months 2c if there has been any change if surgery, as in most cases isn't required.

Do nothing for ...: If a kidney cyst has been clinically and radiographically proven to be benign, just leave it alone to coexist with life as long as it clinically behaves with no size-related symptoms or no superimposed infection or bleeding especially in the elderly.

No practical alarm..: The findings of kidney cysts and lobulated outline pose no practical risk to you unless you have family history of adult polycystic kidney disease with hypertension. At most, get an kidney ultrasound for follow-up on renal cysts in 2-3 yrs; if benign, further follow-up is not warranted. But, in doubt? Ask doctor timely.

However if the cyst has calcifications, septae or occur in a cluster of cysts studies are needed to be certain renal cancer isn't present

A multiseptated cyst has multiple walls inside.

The radiologist will opine if features look suspicious and either recommend a repeat ultrasound in 6 months, or a ct to further clarify.

Not much !: What the radiologist is describing is unlikely to have any clinical significance or cause any problems.  The small cyst may very well have been there your entire life.
