i keep getting cystic like pimples that don't on face back chest and arms, there is not blood or pus only a oil like liquid fluid in side, if broken ?

Antibiotics, B.P.: Antibiotics and benzoyl peroxide  have yielded consistently excellent results for more than 50 years. A dermatologist will give you prescriptions for the combination that works best for you. By the way, steroids are NOT an appropriate treatment for acne in the great majority of cases.

i can't tell if i have 2 pimples next to each other or a cyst, how can i tell the difference?  i had cystic acne about 8 years ago and i'm very scared

Don't ask why: If this is a young person, don't look for an explanation for cystic acne. There's nothing you can change about  hygiene, sex, lifestyle, or diet that will make it go away. You will probably need isotretinoin. If you're an adult, it may be a warning of one of the unusual glandular diseases. Usually it never gets explained. Manage it with strong meds. Don't try to solve it non-medically.

No: If you are looking for a video to teach you how to pick your face that is a bad idea.  Cystic acne needs prescription medication, as well as topical meds and an entire treatment plan to include laser care and special facial wash.  See your physician for a comprehensive treament plan as well as a better understanding of how to prevent picking and scarring.

Hormonal changes: during menstruation, pregnancy and menopause can contribute to facial acne and excess body hair in women.

several months: The next time you get a large acne cyst like that it is best to go to the dermatologist, so it can be injected with cortisone. This does not get into your bloodstream but will improve the cyst in only one day and then there will be a little risk of scarring and the redness will go away faster.

i failed popping my cystic pimple. now it's still got puss, and it's inflamed and purple. is there a way of treating this at home?

Cystic acne: Popping pimples/cysts not a good idea: can drive infection deeper. Warm-hot compresses can draw cyst to head so it opens on its own & drains. But best treatment is to see dermatologist for definitive care of acne: topical meds + oral antibiotics; possibly accutane-like product if condition is severe. Should also be checked for polycystic ovarian ds by doc.

i have recently stopped lexapro but am still getting tiny cystic pimples. how long could it take for my hormones to return to normal?

May not be hormones: Uncertain what this rash is It may not be hormone related. If this is a drug created side effect to your system it should be less present with time. You could check with your physician or you can see a dermatologist

i have got a massive cystic pimple in my eyebrow, it really hurts and seems to be becoming bigger. is there anything i could do about it at home?

My sympathies: Pimples are no fun where ever they appear.  The brow is a bit sensitive and a pimple there will be more uncomfortable.  Try using local heat by putting a washcloth under very warm, (not hot) water and laying it over the brow 4-5 times per day for 4 minutes at a time.   It might need to be opened in some way - start by asking your parents to help.
