Accepted Answer

Yes and no.: Depending on it's location and nature, it may be possible to drain a cyst without surgery.  However that is not usually curative, and it may reaccumulate fluid quickly and still need to be removed surgically.  You should talk with your physician about what options you may have.

Hard to say: Coming back once is not rare. 1. My first impression would be &gt; multiple cysts in the same area and some removed and now the others growing. 2 . Was hard to remove all the cyst wall and the cyst is growing from the left over wall

Surgery: Everyone heals differently and as well everyone has different pain tolerances. Generally speaking, any surgical incision will take 7-14 days to heal and pain may not even be an issue, or any pain can be easily treated with as needed medications as deemed necessary form the treating Urological surgeon. Here are some ...: Complex intrascrotal cyst is an ultrasonographic descriptive term to denote a fluid-filled space with some unclear fillers or septum such as proteinaceous, blood clot, or calcified wall, etc. as shown in scrotal US taken for assessing scrotal pain or / &amp; swelling... Nonetheless, the combo of detailed Hx + physicals + tests as needed is still essential for reaching correct Dx for right Rx / F/U...

Trust you spine doc: I would listen to your spine surgeon.  If you have questions beyond his/her answers, then a second opinion is in order.  This is a complicated problem not well answered in this setting.  Good luck.

recurring sebaceous cyst in earlobe. why is my brother's doctor saying surgery to remove earlobe and not just the cyst and the sac of the cyst?

Not sure.: I've removed hundreds of cysts from earlobes, and never had to remove the earlobe itself, even when the cyst was very large. I'm not sure why your brother's doctor would tell you that.

a cyst like filled sac down in my genital area near my groin that that leaks pus and itches. it comes and goes but never really heals up & come back.

Inclusion cyst: Suspect inclusion cyst or sebaceous cyst. Will require surgical removal for resolution.

It is very possible: A positive pregnancy test without a noted gestational sac can occur in very early pregnancies. The ovarian cyst could also be a corpus luteum cyst of pregnancy.

i have a cyst on my scrotal sac and i tried poping it but when it did nothing came out. it seemed as though it just deflated.. should i be worried?

Pop it : first, don't pop anything you will only make it worse second, it might very likely be a small type of infection, keep clean, DRY, antibiotic ointment and time. If worse which would happen with 2-3 days you will need antibiotics and possible draining it by professional

PG test?: Have you done a pregnancy test to confirm that you are or are not pregnant? If the ultrasound showed  no gestational sac a pregnancy test will confirm the same.
