i have just found out that i have a solitary  cyst on my right testical i have had a lump on my right testical for bout 3-5 years an now i set up an appointment tommorrow to see a speicalist what is goin to happen an why did i get it in the first place.

Cysts : Cysts in the testicle or an adjacent structure called the epididymis are pretty common and are usually of no clinical significance.  They rarely require treatment of any kind.

Probably not....: What I would guess for what you described is an epididymal cyst which is outside testis. Such will not affect testosterone production and distribution so will not interfere your manhood, sex desire, and sex performance if you don't have additional mental or physical health tissues such as poor lifestyle with obsession, diabetes, drugs, etc.

Not dangerous : As long as ultrasound confirms it's just a cyst,  it's nothing to worry about.  Someone form cysts without any cause and rarely require intervention.

Are you sure?: Did you ever see a doctor about this cyst? Depending on what/where/how big it is, it may or may not be something to get concerned about. If a doctor told you it was a cyst, there are procedures to remove it, but otherwise the cyst is harmless. However, it could indicate other more serious things - hernia, sexually-transmitted infection, etc, that will need treatment.

Nothing big: Complex can mean it has other stuff in it other than water. Septated means there's a membrane within the cyst. Usually either one can be observed but can get removed if painful or large.

Scrotal rather: you mean discoloration of the scrotal skin on one side, don't believe it is related to the cyst. You want to see your doctor/dermatologist if  it is really bothersome, best wishes
