Not at all: Arachnoiditis from spinal blocks has to do with painful swelling or inflammation of the arachnoid layer of a covering called the meninges which envelopes the spinal cord. This can be caused by the trauma from a puncture wound such as a spinal block would cause. Arachnoid cysts are believed to be congenital cysts formed by the arachnoid layer of the meninges within the brain itself. No relationship

Frontal Lobe Cyst: This is very difficult for me to answer with only a minimal amount of information. However, I suspect the meds are anti-seizure medications because the cyst might leave you at risk for a seizure while your doctors design a treatment plan for you. All I can recommend at this point is that to be sure you are under the care of a board certified neurologist or neurosurgeon. I wish you all the best.

Likely no much: Sounds like a congenital arachnoid cyst was revealed on imaging.  This may be totally asymptomatic but of value to periodically recheck to assure not increasing in size.  
However, cysts can be secondary to other mechanisms, such a parasitic infections, but typically there would be multiple lesions.  Discuss with your doctor.

2 cysts: Having 2 isn't as common as 1, of course.  At 5mm they are tiny compared to most.  Rarely are they anything to worry about.

Good care, not worry: This depends on various factors and a consultation with a good neurologist or neurosurgeon should allow you to understand the nature of the cyst and the best management.  Repeat or periodic imaging may be recommended.  Often, a small cyst remains stable over time and may not require intervention.

Parietal lobe cyst ?: A "parietal lobe arachnoid cyst" measured at "10 mm thick" by CT can reflect lateral mass growth which can cause brain compression due to continued growth b/c of the limited volume of the skull for such growth to occur.  The MRI at a year prior may measure the cyst at a point when lateral growth, not "thickness" , was not at that point  increased.  Consult the neurologist for questions.

: Arachnoid cyst are benign, meaning not a cancer. They are not uncommon. Sometimes because of location and size they can cause symptoms. Sometimes if they are small they may not be mentioned on reports. Please talk to your PCP and let the radiologist compare both the scans to confirm it was there before.
