i have been experiencing lots of pain and swelling on my vagina, along with little bumps by the opening. i have been vomiting, i able to eat. i am not sexually active so there is no chance of pregnancy.

See derm /gyn: suggest that you be eval and txed by either dermatologist or gyn doc. even if not sex active, sometimes hsv infection can present with these symptoms and lesions

i have a hard itchy pea sized bump on my vagina. & i'm not sexually active. what is it?

Many possibilities: There are different causes for bumps in the vaginal area. Bartholin's gland cysts, gartner duct cyst, ingrown hair, inclusion cyst, etc. If you are not sexually active then you don't need to worry about other causes associated with stds.  Try using a warm compress with a wash cloth and place it for 20 min three times daily. Make sure you are using good hygiene as well. See an obgyn if its worsening.

i have a tiny bump on the lip of my vagina i feels like a pimple and doesn't hurt or itch or is red im not sexually active so i dont know help?

Bartholin's cyst?: It sounds like a   Bartholin's cyst.

If it does not hurt or itch, I would just  wait and observe it for now. If it gets larger, or changes you might want to get it checked out.

Smelly discharge: You may have picked up an infection from the gym, locker room or hot tub, or perhaps sharing clothes with a friend.  You will need to see your doctor for an examination to find out what is wrong and what to do about it.

Vaginal cyst: Use warm compresses until the cyst is ripe.Then see your gynecologist about opening and draining the cyst.

infection: This could be a minor infection , similar to acne on the face . If there are multiple spots , and are v painful , pleaseget it checked out.

Rash?: Rash questions are exceedingly difficult to manage on this forum.  We are not doing you any favors by trying to guess these things without being able to see them.  See your doctor.  He/she is in a much better position to treat you appropriately.

Yeast?: Sounds like it is genital yeast infection ( flaky itchy rash)and with all that itching and scratching there was skin breakdown that led to secondary bacterial infection ( 2 bumps).Try otc Lamisil (terbinafine) and neosporin.Both three times a day. Lamisil (terbinafine) for a mnth and neosporin for 10 days. No improvement in ten days, see a md. Primary doc fine no need for OB gyn.

i have red bumps around the very bottom of my vagina. there is some dry looking skin also. sometimes it iches and hurts. i am not sexually active. what should i do?

See GYN: Best is to be seen. It may be a benign rash, but also could be herpes or another kind of infection or dermatitis.

See your doctor: It is difficult to tell whether what you describe is of concern or not without seeing the area. You should make an appointment with your doctor for an examination.
