i have lots of cyst like very small stony things on the inner skins of labia majora i guess, you can feel by touching. it does not hurt.what are these?

Sebaceous cysts: These are sweat pores that are filled with sebaceous (white cheesy) material.  If they bother you, you can take a warm bath and see if after the bath you can squeeze the white cheesy material out (i have patients that ask me to do this for them).  Without a picture, that's what i'm assuming they are. Consider an exam by professional to be sure and rule out any chance of a std.

If painful: the cyst may need drainage at your doctor's  office. Setting warm water/epsom salts soaking, can help in meantime.

Pain as one thing: Pain is usually associated with boil and the area is tender to touch
If it is big enough patient might feel unwell with fever and aches

Cyst: If you have a cyst like lesion there it is most likely to be a Bartholin cyst, but a gynecologist would have to examine you to be sure.and then advise you. Some of these resolve on their own.

i have a cyst on my labia majora, adjacent to my clitoris. it is not bartholins its not near the opening. its been there about 2 weeks and its now starting to look like its filled with blood. what could it be? it doesnt hurt. just a bit tender?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may watch and wait, it it ruptures, apply triple antibiotic cream to the raw area. If it is not resolved in a couple of weeks, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

i recently had surgery to excise a cyst from where my l labia majora meets my leg. since, i have had a region ~2-3" below my incision towards my perineum that is painful when pressed. from the surface, it just looks like a vein. what could this be?

Could be: You could be right. It could also be hidradenitis, vellushair cyst. Let dermatologist do biopsy on the area.

monday i had a little lump on my labia majora that has grown covering the labia . more like a cyst with abscess . its so hard and painful when squized. im in quarantine as i have tested positive for covid. ?

Labial cyst : A cyst in this area can initially be treated with warm sitz baths, where you sit in a warm tub bath water for approximately 10-15 minutes 2-3 times daily. Sometimes this will allow the cyst to drain on its own. If the symptoms worsen you should see your women's health provider. I would recommend not squeezing the cyst as it can spread deeper in to the area.
