Vaginal cut ?'s: Friction from active sexual encounters can produce a tear in the vaginal wall.  There are other causes which may feel like a "cut", for example, herpes lesions (ulcers). See your gyn for an exam to be certain of the cause.

No, it doesn't: Sound like it.  The area of spontanous drainage needs to close by secondary intention, from the inside to the outside.  Instead of closing the overlying skin, you need to keep it open, so that the infection can drain out.

i have 2 1/2 long cuts at the bottom of my vaginal opening from vag dryness. would vaseline help them heal? moisturizers specifically for this area?

Dryness: Soothing lotions like vasoline lotion or any aloe containing lotion would be helpful. Avoid trauma to the vagina and intercourse so that these areas will heal faster. If vaginal itching precedes these cuts, use of occasional cortisone type ointment or cream may prevent them. Vaginal dryness at your age is unusual. Consult your gynecologist as needed..

Clean and abstain!!: Keep the area clean and abstain from sex for a week or 2 until the area heals up.  Any signs of infection - see your PCP or GYN right away since you may need antibiotics.

Many things: I would see a physician regarding this as it could be a variety of things.  A picture, in this case, is worth a 1000 words, and without a photo, it could be many things, dermatitis, eczema, yeast, lichen simplex, lichen sclerosis, psoriasis.  Sometimes they need to take a biopsy to be certain, so be prepared for that.  Good luck!

Cyst: It may represent a cyst or small abscess. Do not try to lance this at home. See a physician who may anesthetize it and perform an incision and drainage if necessary.

Infection get treate: Even though tests for std are all negative, it does not mean you do not have a non std infection, like a bacterial or yeast.You have to ask your doctor what is the cause of your heavy discharge.
Razor cuts can be treated by a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or bacitracin.
Check with your doctor about the infections if any.

hi i accidentally cut a mole  on my vaginal area whilst shaving, the mole had bleed slightly, but now i have swelling around that area which is soar to the touch,  can u help  explain what this could mean??

Minor trauma: You can use a small amount of antibiotic ointment and a band aid if you want but this should heal quickly.
