HIV is hard to get: Hiv is transmitted through direct body fluids to another's body fluids. So, no, a cut, in and of itself, is not the route of transmission. Cuts usually are in a state of healing and not actively bleeding and are thus not contagious.

i have a cut on my vulva, kinda close to my vagina opening. no idea how i got it. its not bleeding or anything, and only a tiny bit painful. i was just wondering if i can still have sex with the cut there, or if i need to wait for it to fully heal?

: This area is prone to be affected by Herpes infections which can present with a small ulcer. Usually these ulcers are painful but they tend to resolve in 1-2 weeks...but may recur on and off.
You may want to show it to your gynecologist for confirmation. As for your question on having sex, it is ok provided your partner is wearing protection and also you do not experience pain during the intercour

If you have a cut: Anything that would rub or irritate the cut can make it worse or slow the healing.

Yes: Intercourse may result in minor abrasion.  Unless it was voilent sex or rape attempt, it should not give serious vulval injury.

Yes: Sadly, those little thin paper cuts that can appear on vulva are often associated with yeast infection.  Rarely, little fissures are associated with hsv.

Stays open: If done properly it is suppose to stay open and drain or the fluid collects again

: HIV and Hepatitis B or C are not likely to be transmitted in above mentioned circumstances. It is somewhat unusual for a simple massage to involve genitals, would suggest clarifying next time you have a massage its extent as otherwise you will only trigger anxiety, while the whole meaning of the massage is to relax both mind and body.

: You don't say how long it has been since completing treatment. It can take several days for all symptoms to clear. If you still have these symptoms a week or more after treatment, see your doctor. That could mean you are infected with one of the yeast strains resistant to the usual "azole" drugs.

: At 16 years old, it should be simple to figure out. The main thing is, "What did the doctor find on exam when he or she used a flashlight to examine the labia on the left and the right, and at the top where the clitoris is? Pulling on the labia helps the exam. What did he or she find in the vagina (the left, right, front, back, and end)? Did the cervix feel or look ok?" A follow-up exam can help.
