Possibly: Granola bars are high in sugar. High sugar in your diet will reduce the amount of glucuronidase enzyme available to metabolize estrogen and raise your estrogen levels. Also high sugar increases Insulin and this could also increase your estrogen. There are other mechanisms as well.

ER was srong: Symptoms include nervousness, sweating, hunger, anxiety, blurred vision, fatigue, fast heart rate, etc.  -- however unless you have diabetes and are on Insulin or other medication, have renal or liver disease, cancer or prior stomach surgery -- then true hypoglycemia never occurs in human beings. If it a very frequently and incorrectly made diagnosis.

Yes: Most women your age need 300 kcal meals in the morning and daytime, 600kcal for your biggest meal, and 100 kcal snacks depending on your weight and activity level.  Your lunch has grain, dairy, fruit, fiber, vitamins, and vegetable protein in the peanut butter.  Sounds great.

+/- Gastroparesis?: Consider gastroparesis=a slow-emptying stomach that is most symptomatic after the stomach fills from meals. Maybe its functional due to brainstem reflexes induced by eating--often exaggerated in irritable bowel syndrome resulting in altered perception of gut distension, "growling", &modified transit of food. Sometimes, gastric outlet delay may reflect inflammation, scarring, biliary disease, more.

Hello. : Hello. Dizziness is a very generalized symptom with many possible causes. Dizziness can be caused by dehydration. Try to ensure that you are drinking at least 8 8 ounce glasses of water per day. Dizziness can be a migraine headache symptom. Dizziness can occur with congestion that impacts the internal portion of the ear. Dizziness can occur if a person is really hypoglycemic.  If your dizziness presents in a manner that makes it feel like things are spinning around you, this could be vertigo. I hope your symptoms resolvequickly, if it remains problematic, seek medical care.

Likely not an issue: The reports linking rice consumption to arsenic has scared many folks, but the data is not completely clear. For the most part i would not worry especially for an adult, unless rice intake was much, much greater than described. To lessen exposure:rinse rice thoroughly before cooking, be sure water supply levels are low, cook/drain like pasta(^ parts to 1 water to rice), or use basmati or jasmine rice.
