my two big toes are curved, i think theyre just crooked. i have a callus on one of them. i have corns right underneath my pinkie toes. both feet. my feet are also flat. pinkie toenails are black. also ingrown. i just dont know what to do?

DVT???: I do hope that you have already called your Orthopedic surgeon. It's impossible to help you thru this venue, however, one of the potential complications (and I am sure that you are aware of this) after Orthopedic Surgery, is a DVT (blood clot). Although we use blood thinners post-op, there is always a possibility of a DVT, so PLEASE contact your Orthopedist immediately for further advise.

i sprained my ankle about a month ago, i wore a moon boot for two week but now when i walk on my foot feels loose and twists very easily, at night to relieve the pain my foot has to be curved inwards. is this normal or should i go back to the doctor?

Ankle sprain: Would go back to doctor , you may need some additional support  like air cast splint for a while longer  Ask about any damage to the syndesmosis-could it be grade II or higher.  Also though initial x-rays were negative may consider repeat x-rays as sometimes  fractures can be missed  on the initial films  f/u/ w /doc.

0_o: It can mean multiple things, from trauma, to mycotic nails, to many many more.  If painful or new please go see a podiatrist or dermatologist.

Sounds like fungis: Keep in mind... The fda has recently come out with a blanket statement that toenail fungus can not be cured.  It is "managed" by a number of modalities, but it can always come back in the future.
