Get a Different bra: Asap!  this means  that you are wearing the incorrect bra size or a design that isn't right for you. Up to 85% of american women are wearing an incorrect cup or band size (or both).  Encourage you to go to a specialty bra stop for a fitting & consultation. Having the correct support will add to your comfort & your breast health. Stop harming yourself. Take care.

Atypical Chest Pain: This may be induced by physical exertional activity; a result of over utilization of the muscles of the scapular region; and rarely, due to cardiac etiology in your age group.   I recommend seeing your PCP, obtaining a complete examination, obtaining an EKG, and based upon the physical exam, any imaging studies of the chest and left shoulder to assist your PCP in making the Diagnosis.

Myalgia vs. spasm: This sounds  like muscle spasm if it is intermittent. This can be related to muscle overusepassive stretching , advil (ibuprofen) and topical biofreeze may help; however if not resovled within 1 week, get  an examination and xrays.

Bulging disc: You may have a disc problem in your neck. I recommend a complet exam by a physician. You may also need a x-ray and mri.

Exam needed: The lump may be a cyst, ingrown hair, hemangioma or a wen. In view of this skin lesion and the discomfort you're experiencing, I recommend consulting a physician who will inspect the skin lesion and carefully examine your axillae(armpits) to check for lymph gland enlargement.

Brachial plexus nerv: The nerves coming out of your neck come together in your armpit in the brachial plexus and then separate again. When you manipulate that area you may cause pain distal to the area that you were manipulating. Look up the anatomy of the brachial plexus on Google.
