my foreskin has become very tight. i am taking a cream to clear up thrush. will this also resolve my tight foreskin?

Yeast infection: If the tigntness of the foreskin is due to swelling of the head of the penis as a result of the inflammation from the yeast infection this may be helped with the antifungal cream. If, however, the swelling is due to a reaction to the cream you may have to stop it. If something else is going on the cream will not help and you will need to see a urologist.  Hope this helps.

Allergy: Allergy to glans of the penis and foreskin possible with a lubricant. Do you use a cream to prevent pregnancy or prophylactic these would all be associated with redness and irritation.

Not herpes: No herpes outbreak is likely to last 3 weeks, it's an uncommon cause of balanitis. If herpes were the cause, it would be in the form of open sores, generally very painful. Yeast indeed can cause balanitis. Maybe share your gf's anti-yeast cream (or buy clotrimazole cream over the counter). Also retract foreskin and wash w/ soap and water 2-3 times a day. See a doctor if these don't help.
