Depends on other: A cupcake is useless calories, about 500 or 25% of your daily need. So if the rest of your diet is perfect, the daily cupcake could be allowed. Likely, though, that there are other things in your diet - fast foods, soda, etc - that make that cupcake more problematic. The question to indulgences comes down to how often. Daily is probably too often, once a week is probably ok.

Depends: Could be muscle, kidney, intestines or other issue. If it is still bothering, the only way to tell is to be examined and possibly run tests.

Possible: Any break in the skin can allow germs inside including the spores of tetanus. Bare feet in a soil filled area would increase that risk. A previous booster shot for tetanus within 10 yrs would reduce risk as would cleaning the wound well. The risk is not high but also not zero.

Discipline: No one can provide you with discipline. Substitute something else. If you don't have high sugar items available, you cannot eat them. Don't buy any and don't let anyone else living with you buy them either.

No: You may be perimenopausal, but menopause is just that - the pause in your menses.  If you are still having cycles, you are by definition not in menopause.
