Christensen provided about over stimulation from crystal methamphetamine, be aware that swelling of face, tongue and lips can be a life threatening allergic reaction to it.  You said you have no health problems. If you continue to smoke crystal meth you will have health problems.

Injecting drugs can lead to significant complications. Given your description it sounds as if you have the makings of a severe injury or infection at the injection site. 

If it is hot or warm and red or is you see anything like pus collecting in the spot please get to a non-judgmental health care provider who will treat this.

See doctor: A reaction like you describe puts you at very high risk for soft tissue infection like cellulitis or phlebitis.  You should see a doctor for an evaluation.

: This could be a serious infection of the blood vessel and/or skin around the blood vessel. This can lead to an infection of the blood as well as the heart valve which can be very serious and result in a life-threatening infection. You need to see a doctor ASAP, probably in an emergency room so that you can receive the antibiotics you need, likely IV antibiotics. Good luck to you!
