Pruritus genitalia: This is one of the neurodermatoses often triggered by stress. The more you scratch, the more you itch!. Try applying a cool compress wet to dry for 3-4 minutes and then apply OTC hydrocortisone 1% ointment. If this stil is not helping, you need to consult a dernatologist for stronger topical steroids and possibly oral antihistamines.

Dry skin: The scrotal skin is very thin. Contact dermatitis is most common. Other conditions may present, such as psoriasis. If discoloration is present, seek an md. Cancer must be ruled out.

See below: If the area doesn't get larger over time, it is probably a hemangioma (birthmark).  If it is tender and feels like a lump, it could be a hemorrhoid.  If a birthmark doesn't change and doesn't bother you, leave it alone

had protected sex with a girl. its been about a week and i notice 2 slightly raised skin color spots on my testicles. when the skin is tight they disappear.they sometimes look like dry white patches. have been feeling weird in my groin area. herpes?

: No STD causes any such thing. Sounds like probably normal skin and you're examining yourself too closely. It cannot have anything to do with your recent sexual contact. For sure this isn't herpes.

had a surgery to remove one testicle as it had died and got an infection from torsion and the stitches have black bits on them not on the skin just on where the cut was also its crusty aswell it looked like this the entire time and is this normal?

: The “black bits” on the sutures may be some dried blood or even small scabs. Call your surgeon if you have a fever, pain in the area is worsening, increased swelling or bleeding. Hopefully, you have a post-op visit coming up soon but if you have concerns, call your surgeon. Best of luck to you!!

Scrotal itch: This is a form of 'jock itch' from a candida or fungus from the female vagina. It is a normal growth in the female vagina (moist , dark, and warm environment' it is transferred during sex and is not a significant problem. Try some desinex athlete's foot powder on the scrotum  to dry and clear the scrotum.

Possible heat rash: Several possibilities include heat rash, allergic dermatitis (e.g. to change in laundry detergent), and untreated 'jock itch' which is fungal.  You should first try drying agents, e.g. goldbond; if that does not take care of the problem see your PCP who might refer you to a dermatologist.
