i've had a crick in my neck for over a month and i also noticed a knot the size of a small pea... i think it's a lymph node... but it comes and goes?

Cervical Lymph Node: Cervical lymph nodes frequently become more noticeable due to their location, size and tenderness, which can fluctuate due to changing conditions which causing them in the first place.Muscle inflammation in neck can cause these along with infection in the neck and throat region. Consider getting yourself checked with your doctor if it has bothered you for that long.

i have one itchy spot on my neck for a month now--no scabies-no lice- not allergic to any soaps--no new clothing--no scabies--what is it?

Hard to speculate: This may have started off as a simple reaction to something you came in contact with. If it has persisted this long it may be what is labeled a neurodermatitis, a fancy label for changes that occur if you itch &amp; scratch producing more itching &amp; scratching. It may respond to an otc hydrocortisone cream and your willful effort to avoid scratching for a couple months. Your doc may need to see it.

Likely Muscle: But arthritis also a possibility. Would start with seeing a Doctor of Osteopathy first. Then see what they recommend. MD can help too, but DO's tend to be better versed in MSK issues.

my trapaziod has hurt for 1 month. first as a knot. now its a litte bigger, hurts into the base of my neck. it also is messing with the soft tissue in?

OTC meds,  imaging: NJohns
Muscular pain can be frustrating.  Taking an anti inflammatory drug such as aspirin, Ibuprofen, naprosyn obtained OTC at a pharmacy may help. Take with food so it does not upset your stomach.
Changing position, work clothes posture may help as well. 
Massage and warm shower can break muscle spasm
May need to get imaging tests.

It : It sounds like you may be dealing with a muscle spasm. Have you tried musce relaxers or anti-inflammatory medications? I am curious to know what relieves the pain? Do you have any other symptoms when this happens like tingling or numbness? Were you involved in an accident prior to the start of these symptoms? 
When you see your primary care provider for this issue, these and other questions will be asked, along with a physical exam, and possibly imaging studies ordered. This is the only way to figure out what exactly you are dealing with, and to ensure proper treatment.

Maybe- maybe  not: A kink can be  muscular, disc, joint, torticollis. It depends on your age, x-rays, neurologic  changes. Is the  neck tender  to touch? Does it  hurt to turn one direction, or another direction. By kink do you mean the neck is stuck in one direction. Has  there  been an injury? Sometimes easy treatments - exercise, physical therapy, neck pillow can help a  lot. At times  medications maybe needed.

my baby is 3 months old he can't hold his neck still properly. is it ok for his age?

Schedule Check-up: Your 3 mos old "can't hold neck".  By age 2 mos, 75 % of infants can lift their head to a 45 degree angle and by age 3 mos, 75 % can lift head to 90 degrees. Sitting with a steady head is achieved between ages 2-4 mos. It is important to see your pediatrician at the recommended baby checks to ensure development occurs normally. If your baby has not had the 2 mos check, do so now. Next is at 4 mos.

Yes.: This could be benign cyst or lipoma, but in your age group could be many other things .  Doc needs to look at it.

Rash: It sounds like you have a rash, skin inflammation, infection  or irritation, You do need an exam to get the diagnosis for appropriate treatment
