See answer: Way to preserve remaining renal function include: avoid/restrict use of medications that may adversely affect the kidneys such as nsaids (e.g. Ibuprofen, naproxen), staying well hydrated, keeping blood pressure and diabetes if present well-controlled, avoid tobacco; follow any dietary limitations (excessive protein intake), and regular check-ups with your physician and/or a nephrologist.

Need more info: It's a kidney function test and It is definitely outside the range of "normal".  I I would need a lot more history about her and previous similar tests to be able to make recommendations.  Those numbers can go up and down due to a simple thing as dehydration or taking certain meds.  This number raises no immediate concerns but I strongly recommend following up with her primary care doc .

The : The most common reason for low creatinine is that you drink a lot of fluids. It is not abnormal to have low creatinine, it's just that the people doing the lab test want the urine concentrated enough that it can pick up trace amounts of the drugs they are testing for. Dilute urine= less of drug in urine sample. Some people have a medical condition that makes them unable to concentrate their urine (low levels of adh (vasopressin), (vasopressin) anti-diuretic hormone) release from the pituitary gland.  
If you don't have this condition, then on test days avoid liquids (sips ok, glasses not ok) until after the urine test.  Best results would be to avoid liquids 4 hours before test.  If creatinine is still low, you might want to see an endocrinologist to evaluate for low adh (vasopressin). If the doctor can validate this, then your employer can't legally hassle you about your low creatinine.

Kidney failure: This not immediately life threatening though will need to be followed closely by a kidney specialist because if progression continues dialysis may need o be started at some point. It is also important to determine the cause and treat it as we'll such as avoiding NSAID medications controlling sugars if diabetic and treating high blood pressure. She will need follow up with doctor for control.

Lowering creatinine: Weight loss will help. The less you weigh the less creatinine produced and less filtering the kidneys need to do. Stopping / avoiding non steroidal antiinflammatory drugs (nsaids) will help improve kidney function immediately. Otherwise, not much else 'natural' that will help lower creatinine (improve kidney function).  Controlling blood pressure important to protect remaining function. Good luck.

Labs φ disease: Just because laboratory results are elevated or out of range, does not mean you have disease. Creatinine is a measure kidney function, but there are many things (like hydration, medications, exercise) that can alter the creatinine levels. Having multiple elevations is more significant.

That's fine: This is okay for a well-muscled woman, though substantially higher than most women. Ignore what "reference ranges" say -- a few percent of healthies are automatically set outside the range, and the range itself is for a sedentary population

See below : Cr levels show deputation of creatinine, us doctors use it as a marker of renal filtration, they tend to change with age, however you should have your tests interpreted by the doctor who order them, so you don’t get confusing information.

Creatinine: Has normal levels from each lab, but less than 1.2 is a common level.
1.2.  And 1.20 and 1.2000000 is the same.
