i'm on cd26 of regular 29-30d cycle. i used to have creamy cm before period. but this month i'm totally dry. can i be pregnant without cervical mucus?

Cervical Mucus: You can still get pregnant with lower cervical mucus if you are ovulating regularly and having sex around the time of ovulation. The amount of cervical mucus at the end of the cycle isn't as relevant to you getting pregnant as when you ovulate.

i've had bouts of nausea and cramps on n off since 3/28 i had some stretchy cm a few days ago. i've planned this pregnancy if i am. i'm not due until the 14th could watery discharge me pregnant? this has never happened to me only creamy cm before period

Hard to guess: It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly. One can test about 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period.

Could be: Cervical mucous is highly variable from person to person. It also  can vary each month in one individual. As one gets closer to menopause vaginal lubrication can decrease and dryness can increase. If this is causing problems from you an Obgyn can help. can a hemorhaggic cyst grow during or before period and then shrink after a period? i have a 10 & 4 cm (suspected) hemorhaggic cysts on both ovaries.

Yes: Most ovarian cysts are benign and resolve on their own without treatment. We can not predict the behavior of any one cyst so follow up will be needed to confirm resolution

Take a test: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.  If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.

Take a test: If you're worried that you might be pregnant, don't worry, take a test.  If you were pregnant it would likely be positive by now.

is the uters get bigger before period every time my ultra sound size change by couple cm after period it's 8.2 and before period it's like 11.2 is ok?

Yes: We usually measure the uterus just after the period. It is entirely normal for the uterus to enlarge as you approach mid cycle and the onset of your period. A length of 8.2cm is normal.

TheDarkSecretPlace: I would think that, technically, not inserting Little Willie would be an ideal form of "protective" sex--assuming Little Willie wasn't resting his head near Momma's cave. Aside from that,  I wouldn't worry too much. And that creamy white clumpy discharge indicates that Momma's cave is growing a fungus in there, which needs to be treated. These days all it takes is a pill prescribed by a doctor.

if conception occurs, is it typical for your cervix to stay high and soft as in ovulation? two days before expected period, my cervix hasn't gone down since ovulation, never dried up and constant white creamy cm. currently ttc, just tend to get mixed answ

Usually : Usually with early pregnancy, the cervix softens slightly and has a bluish tint to it.  The cervix doesn't usually change in position in early pregnancy.

May be: You may wish to do a home pregnancy test if you are 4-5 days past due for your period. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions in the package carefully.
