It treats candida?: Candida is a type of fungus and candida cream can treat that...If that is what you are asking.
If you have a suspicous rash etc..And candida cream does not work, consult doc as it maybe something else..

: I would suggest you see a Infectious disease/ Gyn MD who would check for the Candidas susceptibility and the use the appropriate drug also will check for underlying local or systemic causes. In the meantime claan the area with peroxide. Hope you feel better

: Three well-known risks of urogenital yeast infection: immunocompromised status (including systemic steroids use), antibiotic use and uncontrolled diabetic mellitus. Other than that, good genital hygiene is a must.

See remark: You may need to try different antifungal  cream.It is very unusaul a month long treratment not helping.
My remedy besides the cream,is apply or wrap loosely
head of penis with gauze ,this gauze should be soaked with solution of 1teaspoon baking powder in 1/2 cup warm water for 15min for 2-3 days
