i am 17 i came off the deppo injection couple of month ago now i bleed unexpectedly and cramps during sex and then i start bleeding again?

Get checked: First, hopefully you are using condoms and another type of birth control to prevent diseases and pregnancy. Second, make sure you take pre-natal vitamins with Folic Acid to help prevent birth defects if you accidentally get pregnant. To answer your question, Depo-Provera can confuse your periods for a few months. If it's getting worse you may need to use medication to help with symptoms.

for several years i sometimes get debilitating cramps during sex. prev dr never found cause. 8 mo after baby, its back. so random. thoughts?

Cramps during sex: I had a patient that had cramps after sex that were due to the prostaglandins in the ejaculate.  Her pain was better taking advil (ibuprofen) an hour before sex.  There could also be an organic cause, so i would see a gyn to rule that out.  Also if you do not have these cramps when pregnant, then a birth control pill may do the trick.  I hope this helps you some.  These are just thoughts.

why do i get such bad foot cramps during sex?

This might depend on: What position you are engaging in as you may be stretching the foot for longer periods of time....however, without getting into that I would try taking a magnesium supplement like magox 400mg before bedtime every night. And see if that solves your problem.....

DYSPARUNIA: Pain during sexual intercourse is called "dysparunia."  It can have several causes and deserves careful evaluation and examination, preferably by a trusted Ob-Gyn.

Multifactorial;
Related to new position/new partner/lack of 
Adequate arousal/lubrication/ pelvic growth in 
Uterus/ovaries/ pelvic infection; 
A pelvic exam and check for infection is recommended

PCOS doesn't cause: PCOS doesn't usually cause pain. The ovaries are enlarged, though, because there are multiple small cysts, and sometimes that can cause painful intercourse. PCOS is a hormone imbalance where you are not ovulating. You may need to be evaluated for the pain to make sure nothing else is going on.

Mittleschmerz: Some women feel pain at the time of ovulation. This is called mittleschmerz. It is very normal and resolves qucikly. If you feel your pain is lasting longer or might be something else schedule a visit for evaluation

Headache: There are several different types of headache syndromes that can affect the temporal region.

Should be evaluated by a neurologist.
