Pelvic pain/pressure: Could be variation, could be UTI or vaginitis, rarely a colitiis. . Would follow up today with doc/ urgent care check for UTI, vaginitis, PID,ovarian issue  or rarely colitis

i'm having pain since i got my second dose of pfizer, i don't know if it's related , a week ago i got both.. my period and got the vaccine on the second day, the period is gone but not the cramps?

: Covid vaccines are not reported to cause pelvic pain. But if it persists see your MD for cause

Drink water: Stay hydrated. Don't walk so much. Ask your husband to massage your lower back. Inform your OB doc of your situation. Speak to his nurse.

Go see ur FamilyDoc: If you're 2wks before/after menses, you could be ovulating (Mittelschmerz) but this is usually one-sided. Appendix is on right lower side. Diverticulitis is usually on left lower. If burning upon urination, we'd worry about bladder infection. Constipation can be painful. So can sexually transmitted diseases/infections if you engage in even one act of unprotected sex. Miscarriage is possibility

: Normal hormonal changes in the menstrual cycle are a likely explanation. It would be useful to consult a gynecologist. Depending on the severity of symptoms, your doctor could prescribed medication to control symptoms or at the other end, medication can limit your periods to once a year.

Yes possible: You need an evaluation by your gyn with an exam, blood work and ultrasound, as you could have a cyst, fibroids , endometriosis, etc., and if you do not have any of those there are new meds to help alleviate the pain or get rid of it  no need to suffer   see your gyn.

Probably not: You might be experiencing this discomfort from an ovarian cyst. This may sound scary, but an ovarian cyst is perfectly normal. You have one each month when you ovulate. On occasion, these cysts will be a bit larger and give you pain. These cysts almost always resolve on their own within a few weeks to a month.

in pst week had biopsy of endometrium, hysterscopy and dnc how long should i bleed and have cramps for. i still have pelvic pain also. what should i do?

Call your surgeon.: You should only bleed for a few days after your procedures.  You should give the doctor a call who performed your surgery.  If the surgery was done around the time you normally would expect to cycle it could have triggered an early period.
