Past history: Your past history of menstrual cycles is the best way to determine if this is normal for you. If what you are experiencing this cycle is different than the many years of cycles you have had in the past then it can not be considered normal for you.

Maybe: Anytime you are having unprotected intercourse, pregnancy is possible. Do a pregnancy test to know for sure but if your period was on time and not abnormal it isn't likely that you are pregnant. It is more worrisome that you might have an infection. If the cramping and spotting continue you definitely need to be seen.

Likely adenomyosis: Pockets of normal endometrial cells can become embedded in the muscle  wall of the uterus causing swelling of uterus, pain and heavier bleeding.

This a variation of endometriosis,  formerly called internal endometriosis.

Unclear: There are several reasons why you still have menstrual cramps after your menses is over. You could have a bladder infection or pelvic infection. Uterine fibroids can also cause discomfort, as can an ovarian cyst. Constipation can also be felt as menstrual cramps. I suggest a visit with your doctor.

you are pretty young for hot flashes and night sweats.  Cramps can be easily treated with nonsteroidals like motrin.  If you are suffering from hot flashes and night sweats you might want to see your doctor for some blood work to check hormone levels such as your thyroid.  Good luck!

Not sure : Not sure exactly what you are asking. Constipation is very common and there are many over the counter options that should help. Menstrual blood can have a variety of colors so having dark blood is not abnormal. Cramping during periods is very common. Ibuprofen is a good option for that.

Possible UTI: Call you GYN for a urine test and culture- you may have a UTI. Avoid sexual intercourse until cleared by your physician.
