Not likely, see doc : Diclegis is a recently FDA approved medication for nausea and vomiting in pregnancy. However the components, Vitamin B12 and Unisom (the sleep medication) have Ben used together for many decades safely it seems for the same problem. No reason to think either ingredient would cause any cramping or spotting. Instead we would call this a threatened abortion. See your doctor or midwife to verify.

Not likely: increased dietary sodium intake, and low glycemic index foods can cause glycosuria, and volume depletion, leading to dehydration. Acidification of urine, secondary to dehydration, can promote formation of kidney stone, in addition to electrolyte imbalance, causing muscle cramps, back pain. Breast tenderness, pelvic cramps can be part of hormonal changes from normal menstrual cycle.

GYN exam: Given your tubal ligation and ablation, pregnancy is very doubtful. Given your age, I suggest a GYN exam, female hormone and thyroid testing, PAP smear and if needed a uterine sampling biopsy. Please do not ignore these symptoms. You may also require a transvaginal ultrasound.

Take a test : Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &amp;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Tests are accurate: Today's home urine tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, or medications. A correctly done urine test will give a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have been) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real but a negative result may be due to testing too soon.
